Job description

The ideal candidate should be driven by passion for Search Engine Optimization and well-versed with optimizing content on digital platforms at the strategic, operational and tactical level. H/She should be able to lead a team of SEO experts, train them and delegate tasks to them to enhance traffic, revenue and leads by making use of organic search techniques and present analysis on this data to help drive up business results. Keeping the team abreast with research pertaining to the market, keywords, and keeping updated with competitive analysis to make informed strategic SEO decisions for Unobox will one of the core activities of this job. The candidate would also need to closely with the content writers at the team to develop and implement content strategies and briefs fit for attracting the right target audience at our platforms.

Responsibilities

• Planning and implementing search engine optimization strategies that drive end results by measuring effectiveness of SEO through sales and demand conversions
• Planning and executing marketing strategies (online) including (but not limited to) search engine optimization, landing pages, website etc.
• Identifying emerging SEO trends and best practices to enhance Unobox’s search marketing goals
• Analysing insights and reporting on all SEO aspects including audience, clicks, views, traffic etc.
• Supervising a team of SEO experts
• Leading research work for SEO friendly keywords to maximize Unobox’s brand messaging and goals
• Generating keywords, leading social media, blogs and website copywriting

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of prior SEO experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Know-how of paid SEM, Website UX, and conversion optimization
• Professional SEO and SEM certification (preferred)
• Proficient with Content Marketing, Search Marketing techniques and Technical SEO
• A proactive candidate who is highly motivated and able to work independently as well as a part of a greater team
• Hands-on grip on data analysis and visualization
