This role requires overseeing and coordinating with the inside sales team delivering our services digitally, which may include telemarketing, direct mail and web-based sales strategies. The candidate would be responsible for seizing sales opportunities, setting quotes, strong follow ups with clients, delegating tasks and monitoring performance of inside sales. Taking ownership of the team, developing and coaching them to achieve targets, and ensuring project milestones and delivered timely will be some of the core people centric responsibilities on this job. On the clientele side, the candidate would be responsible for managing and developing trustworthy relationships by providing the best services and offers. If you can demonstrate impactful sales experience, analytical thinking, leadership and supervisory skills then this is the role for you!

Responsibilities

  • Understanding pain points and identifying needs of our target market
  • Managing, evaluating and adjusting the sales pipeline
  • Setting realistic sales targets, strategies and goals
  • Keeping abreast of new sales strategies, techniques and methods
  • Recruiting, supervising and training inside sales’ team members
  • Providing team with constructive feedback and coaching them to convert weak areas into strengths
  • Providing weekly sales updates, maintaining a record of leads and actual sales
  • Recommending improvements to current sales practices and implementing optimal solutions
  • Addressing, and helping to resolve customer complaints

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related field
  • Accredited certification for inside sales or sales professional
  • Proven track record of attaining sales growth as an inside sales manager
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management software
  • Ability to develop long lasting relationships with clients and deliver exceptional customer service
