WhatsApp Numbers
WhatsApp is made possible through an official Business Solution Provider (BSP) of the WhatsApp Business Platform. We primarily work with 360Dialog as they offer a fixed rate per number (with an 80% discount for Unobox customers), though we can also work with Twilio who charge $0.005 per message instead.
WhatsApp Messaging Fees
The WhatsApp Business Platform charges you per conversation, broken down into 24-hour sessions. The first 1,000 sessions each month are free, but they then charge for each session after that. Pricing varies between countries and whether you started the conversation or the consumer.
WhatsApp Number Set-Up
Adding new numbers to the WhatsApp Business Platform is complicated; it takes several numbers before you learn how to manage the frustration and avoid wasting time. The alternative is to authorise us to act on your behalf so that we use our expertise to free you from the hassle.
API Access
The API is for developers who want to send transactional messages, integrate channels into other information systems or who want to tap into a channel's advanced features that are not available through our app, like call deflection and custom experiences.
Onboarding Done-For-You
If you have a large number of employees, teams, locations or inboxes, or simply don't have the resources to set them all up on your new Unobox account, we can do it for you. We simply take all the information you give us and report back once it's done.
Custom Training

What is an Inbox Group?
As its name suggests, an Inbox Group is a group of inboxes. So one a Sales Group will contain all the inboxes related to sales whilst a Support Group will contain all the inboxes related to support. Most small companies will only use 1 Unobox.

What is a team?
A team is a user group that reflects a department (e.g. sales vs support), location (e.g. branch name), expertise (e.g. senior engineers) or anything else in common according to your infrastructure. Teams make it possible to assign conversations in a general way. So a support representative receiving a sales query could assign it to the Sales Team.

What is the commitment level?
Commitments are month-to-month by default, though you can upgrade to an annual account to receive a 20% discount. You can cancel anytime before your billing period renews.

Do you provide volume discounts?
Volume discounts are possible on Enterprise accounts with over 25 users. If that includes you, get in touch and we’ll tailor a package just for you.
